Here's something interesting. Take a little cruise over the iTunes' Celebrity Playlists and check out Mena Suvari's. This girl continues to baffle me, from her enduring stardom (despite not having a quality role since American Beauty) to the gravity-defying way she balances her balloon head on that tiny body...and now she hits us with an entire playlist of reggae, dancehall and dub that includes Yellowman, Ini Kamoze, Beenie Man, Peter Tosh and even Barrington Levy. Totally surprising, and pretty awesome, I'd say.

MQ, how'd you post that? I tried to post Ryan Adams' last night and the link kept breaking.
Mena Suvari...was American Pie pre-or-post American Beauty? I'd hope pre, since an Oscar winning movie should get you something a little more substantial than body parts in baked goods...shouldn't it?
I just took a screen grab; it's not the actual link. I can never figure out how to link to iTunes...Not sure if Pie came before Beauty, or Beauty before Pie. As far as I'm concerned, they often occur at the same time.
yikes!
you guys should read RA's list, too. he actually says about the Fray's "How To Save A Life" (Track 5): This is perfect songwriting and anybody that says otherwise is a jerk. Amazing hair-raising stuff. I would write songs like this if I had an attention span, but they would have more wizardsa and problems with space references, etc....
