Ahh, What is '08 Without Some DRA?

Ten days ago we ran across loads of new videos that Ryan Adams had been working on in his spare time. Some of them were funny; others were confusing, or sad.

One clip in particular, "Sad Days," is no longer available. According to a post on Ryan's YouTube Director page, "Gawker posted some stuff bout SAD DAYS. i thought the clouds and stuff were a metaphor for that feeling of being lost after someone you know every day for over two years just goes away. whatev....my movies are made knowing they are pretty crappy. im trying." Thank you for trying Ryan! We heart you and while we wait to catch you on tour, we'll keep peeping your newest "crappy" film making efforts. You can view them too below.

The View From the Plateau

Pretty lengthy and comprehensive article if anyone is bored (of suffering from a MNF hangover). I'm interested to see the direction of the "Cardinals," if he really does incorporates himself more into the band, and less as a singer & his band. Maybe they'll end up being Wilco-ish?
